Tangshan Zhongrun Coal Chemical Co., Ltd. Coal Loading Dust Collector Renovation Project

In May 2019, Hebei Hengqing Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. undertook the renovation project of Tangshan Zhongrun Coal Chemical Co., Ltd.'s coal loading dust collector. This dust collector has just completed a major overhaul and renovation for two years, with a filtration wind speed of 1.3m/min and emissions exceeding 30mg/m3, which cannot meet the environmental protection standards of emissions less than 10mg/m3. The overall expansion investment and technical difficulty of the dust collector are high, seriously affecting the normal production of the workshop. The company leaders attach great importance to it, and the factory is seeking a renovation plan to solve this difficult project from four aspects. Through the recommendation of Dalian Jiaonai Institute, Our company quickly established contact with the factory and provided targeted solutions. The renovation of the dust collector was completed in just 5 days, with the original filtering area increasing from 1000 square meters to 1900 square meters, and the filtering wind speed decreasing from 1.3m/min to 0.7m/min. After two weeks of operation, the third-party inspection showed that the particle emission concentration was less than 5mg/m3, which was highly recognized by the factory.
