During the unloading process of the dry ash bulk machine in the ash silo, dust is generated from the loading holes and observation holes of the tank truck. The dust is blown away by the aisle air at the unloading position, resulting in unorganized emissions. The on-site working environment is harsh. There are a total of 6 ash silos on site, each with an ash unloading and bulk machine, with a total of 6 locations. Due to the narrow and limited workshop space, our company adopts a patented product, high-efficiency folding bag dust collector. Firstly, install the dust removal equipment for No. 6 ash silo, which has achieved good results and solved the on-site dust problem. Then, install the remaining 5 equipment.
