The project has a total of 14 sets of dust removal equipment, including 1 dust removal equipment for the 10110 ㎡ raw material receiving tank, 1 screening dust removal equipment for the 9030 ㎡ kiln, 3 dust removal equipment for the 2650 ㎡ kiln front warehouse, 5 main dust removal equipment for the 5940 ㎡ kiln body, 1 dust removal equipment for the 7520 ㎡ transfer station, and 1 single dust removal equipment for the 220 ㎡, 350 ㎡, and 520 ㎡ kilns. The project entered the construction site in July 2020 and began to be put into operation in October 2020. The dust collector operates stably, the system resistance is maintained at 600-800pa, and the emission concentration is less than 10mg/m ³。
