Tanggang Ironmaking Company Mine Tank Dust Remover Transformation Project

In November 2017, Hebei Hengqing Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. undertook the renovation project of Tangshan Iron and Steel MST1 dust collector. On the basis of not changing the original dust collector equipment shell, only the bag cage bone was replaced to achieve a dust removal system emission concentration of ≤ 10mg/Nm3, meeting the emission standards required by the national environmental protection department. Table 1 shows the comparison of data before and after the renovation:

Note: There is a problem with the original design of this dust collector. The outermost cloth bag is too close to the box board, which can easily cause wear on the cloth bag and increase particle emissions. After data calculation, on the premise of meeting the design requirements, the outermost flower board hole is specially sealed.
